Tonya Jordan and Sheena Kelly's approach is warm, open, guiding, and affirming. We ask lots of questions to create further emotional exploration and insight. Our belief that you are the director of your own life and we are here to guide only.

Promote better mood, develop coping skills for anxiety, overcome depression, improve self confidence, help you trust yourself more, improve family and significant other relationships, heal emotional wounds caused by family or relationship trauma.

I specialize in working with people who:

We work with people who feel sad or anxious, struggle with family or relationship issues, are looking for healing or just a place to talk about it. And people who are looking to better their lives and feel confident but don't know where to start.

I became a therapist because:

We both enjoying helping people progress in life and believe that investing in human emotional wellbeing is a wonderful contribution to the world.

More about me and my practice:

We are easy going and strive to make the session a safe place to talk. We use humor when appropriate as we think laughter is great medicine. We believe in sharing the "whys" when I offer a coping strategy instead of just telling you what to do.
