I bring respect, kindness, humor, honesty, and a true desire to help my clients meet their life goals. My practice is inclusive of LGBTQIA+ and straight allies. I meet my clients where they are and help them get where they want to go.

Develop and expand your coping skills for navigating significant life changes i.e. gender identity; physical, social and emotional transition. relationships, adulting, coming out, trauma recovery, depression/anxiety etc. to help you shine and grow!

are older teens or adults in the LGBTQIA+ community and straight allies.. My particular focus is on fellow transgender/nonbinary individuals and partners who are transitioning together General mental health concerns, trauma, anxiety & depression
