I help clients find the tools they need to thrive. I connect with my clients on a human level and though therapy can bring up difficult things there is a lot of laughter and a sense of hopefulness when clients leave their sessions.

Develop and expand your coping skills for navigating significant life changes i.e. gender identity; physical, social and emotional transition. relationships, adulting, coming out, trauma recovery, depression/anxiety etc. to help you shine and grow!

May have questions about their sexuality, gender identity or want to address childhood trauma, mood issues, anxiety or stress. You may be struggling making friends or dating, with social anxiety or poor self esteem or worries about the future.

I love helping others grow and thrive. It makes me happy to see clients leave therapy happier and freer than when they entered my office.

The online platform I use is very convenient. Clients can schedule and pay for services online. I accept all major credit cards, Venmo and PayPal.
