I specialize in working with adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, or life transitions and want support navigating stress, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck. Many of my clients are high-functioning but emotionally exhausted and ready for meaningful change.

I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people see their strengths, patterns, and potential more clearly; especially when self-doubt or anxiety makes that hard to do alone. I’m especially drawn to helping clients strengthen boundaries, build self-trust, and receive support that feels validating, empowering, and human.

My practice is a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on both insight and practical tools.
