My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in whole-person care. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and nervous-system-informed practices to help clients move beyond survival mode, better understand themselves, build self-trust, and create sustainable changes aligned with what matters most to them.

Together, we will explore the internal parts, patterns, experiences, and protective strategies that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll work to restore a sense of safety within your nervous system, reconnect with your values and inner wisdom, and take intentional steps toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and aligned.
