My goal is to help you in regaining control of your body and feel a sense of safety and comfort within it. Integrating body-based tools and talk therapy will provide guidance in regulating your physical sensations and manage intense emotions.

discuss any struggles that you may be encountering. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, you don’t have to go through it alone. We will discuss and practice tools to help you heal and navigate through life.
