Through my own experience in unlearning and relearning beliefs about relationships, I decided to pursue a career helping others do the same.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a rapid trauma therapy intended to move stored traumas that may be “stuck” in the body and reprocess them in a healthier, more adaptive way.
