I'm Erika, an Idaho LCSW with 20 years of experience and a deep belief that healing happens in the body as much as the mind. If you're someone who has tried to logic your way through your pain and found it hasn't worked — you might be a great fit for the kind of work we'd do together.

My approach is built around one core belief: your nervous system matters as much as your thoughts. I'm flexible, evidence-based, and genuinely collaborative. There's no protocol I'll follow if it doesn't fit you. We'll figure out what works for your brain, your history, and your goals — together.
