spend time evaluating your presenting problem, develop specific goals you want to achieve, and aim to reach those. Some days we will dig deeper into what causes you to think or behave the way you do; others, we will spend practicing techniques. There may be sessions where you will vent, scream, laugh, or cry! Therapy is a journey, but I’m here to assist you!
