My approach is client-centered and culturally grounded. In my work, I focus on empowering clients to see themselves authentically & apart from imposed cultural frameworks. I help clients cope with the realities of their circumstances & create opportunities for more optimal outcomes. I view treatment as a way to help clients move from suffering to thriving.

Together, we will explore three central questions: what is happening?, what do you want to be happening?, and what can be done to make this goal a reality? These questions are intentionally simple because exploring the answers to these questions can be a rich and complex journey. The goal is for you to walk away with tools to manage life beyond therapy.
