My goal is to guide you to use your strengths while believing in yourself & what you can do on your own healing journey. As a multilingual Latina therapist, I provide therapy to adults struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, family dynamics, relationship issues, grief & loss, chronic illness/pain, racial injustice, & various disabilities.

I am here to shine a flashlight & guide, but you are & will be the person to create the change & healing you need in your life. To support that emotional wellness, I focus on promoting both physical & mental health & care. As a Latina and Mexican-American therapist, my cultural identity is integral to who I am and to my practice.

Warm, approachable, validating, and understanding of their experience as a fellow person in different minorities. I create a space that is non-judgmental and open to feedback. If I ever make an observation about you or your experience that is inaccurate, I want to be corrected. I believe that YOU are the expert of your experience.

Are racially/ethnically diverse, are immigrants, have chronic pain/illness, or have disabilities. I believe those identities make us have many strengths. Using a culturally aware & strengths-based approach, I listen to your needs & guide you based on your beliefs whether that be to incorporate your culture, faith, identity, or simply your values as a person.

People are more than what has happened to them. I am here to SEE you, listen, and support you. We all need someone to listen to us. Being a therapist allows me to connect to other people and be inspired by their bravery in asking for help. There is a a lot of hurt and pain in the world right now. Being a therapist helps me put good back into the world.

Asking for help takes so much strength. You could choose to do it on your own, but at what cost? While being a therapist takes heart and awareness, there is no one therapist that is right for everyone. If you’d like to work with me, great! If after a consultation/some sessions you’re unsure, talk to me. My priority is YOU. We’ll discuss other options for you
