I specialize in working with people who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. I support individuals facing relationship challenges, stress, grief, and emotional difficulties, helping them build coping skills, gain insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

I became a therapist because I have a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and improve their overall well-being. I am committed to creating a supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow, heal, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I bring 18 years of experience working with diverse populations in various settings, including community-based care. I take a holistic, client-centered approach, using CBT and Motivational Interviewing. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am committed to ongoing professional growth.
