Even strong, high-functioning couples can feel stuck in the same conflicts or increasingly disconnected. Career pressure, stress, and life transitions can make it harder to communicate or feel like you’re on the same team. I work with couples of all identities and relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+, poly/ENM, and kink communities.

I specialize in helping couples communicate more effectively, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Attachment Theory, we slow reactive cycles, understand the patterns beneath conflict, and build practical skills for emotional safety and lasting change.
