Young adulthood can feel overwhelming—you’re balancing choices, responsibilities and relationships often while still making sense of your past. Trauma or stress can add to the weight, leaving you uncertain about who you are or where you’re headed. I provide a supportive space to process, heal, and move toward a life that feels authentic to you.

In our work together, I offer expressive arts therapy alongside traditional talk therapy, to support healing and self-understanding. This may include drawing, writing, or other creative expression at your comfort level—no prior art experience needed. Creative processes can help access feelings and experiences that are hard to put into words.

Clients describe me as warm, approachable, and nonjudgmental. They feel I create space to show up as they are and express themselves freely. I’m told I listen deeply while helping make sense of experiences, and that my calm presence helps clients feel less overwhelmed, even when exploring painful or complex parts of their story.
