As a queer, transgender clinician, I show up to sessions as my full authentic self and will meet you with acceptance and excitement to begin this therapeutic journey together. Our first few sessions will consist of me getting to know you - your strengths, your goals, and your understanding of self. We'll go at the pace that makes the most sense for you.

I have a heart for others and love the hope that comes from being a witness to peoples' transformation. Prior to becoming a therapist, I was a non-profit community coordinator for 8 years, supporting others in accessing resources to meet their basic needs. I became an art therapist because I wanted to expand this work in a more direct, holistic way.

I work with individuals on a range of issues, including identity exploration, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ topics, self-esteem issues, trauma, ADHD, autism, and executive functioning issues. I have experience working with people from various cultural, racial, and economic backgrounds, using an integrative, multicultural, person-centered approach to therapy.
