I work with clients who are struggling to understand themselves and their symptoms better. True healing occurs through genuine self-awareness. By working with your inherent strengths, we can devise ways to healthily adapt to life's stressors. I bring over 25 years of experience working in healthcare, and I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each client.

We’ll start by understanding your goals and then devise plans to alleviate your pain, foster your growth, and improve your confidence. I will be an active advocate in your healing and will provide you with meaningful feedback and plans for moving forward. We’ll work together to find solutions for your concerns and build a more fulfilling future.

I became frustrated with the limits of my previous medical career in helping people meaningfully. My own therapy journey allowed me to understand how freeing and important self-understanding is, and I am honored to now help others along their path.

I work with clients of many different identities and orientations, including those who are still figuring it all out. I believe therapy should be an inclusive space where every client can discover their authentic self.
