I offer space to become curious about your symptoms, history, experiences and what they mean. Through getting curious about ourselves and our experiences, symptoms often have "breathing room" and we can address them comprehensively and directly.

Together, we will explore your current concerns, how they came to be, and how you imagine your life to be different. Many of my clients seek to deeply understand their emotional experiences, their attachment style, and their role in relationships.

I specialize in insight-oriented therapy. We want to get to the root of the problem and answer questions about meaning and purpose in life. We understand the initial symptoms, as well as delving deeper to foster belonging, creativity, and change.

I offer both in-person sessions in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago, as well as virtually across the Unites States.

Often, I begin session with the simple question, "What's on your mind?". Your thoughts, feelings, hopes, and imaginings offer a window into your internal life that is meaningful and complex. We start there - exactly wherever you need to be.
