Trauma in their early years of life. First and second generation of immigrant families. College students and teenagers.

I became a therapist because:

Has I grew I realized the need for therapist who look more like me, I want to fight the stigma of mental health in our communities.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

The holistic approach we take with clients, which can include religion, yoga, and meditation. I have seen the benefits with past clients.
