have experienced trauma in their early years of life, particularly those navigating its impact on identity, relationships, and self-worth. I work closely with first & second generation immigrant families, college students, and teenagers. I also support individuals facing stress related to immigration concerns political stress, and major life transitions.

I recognized the need for more mental health professionals who reflect and understand the communities they serve. Many people grow up in environments where mental health is stigmatized or rarely talked about, I want to change that. I strive to create a space where people feel seen, understood, and safe seeking support.

we have seen how critical affordable therapy is for many individuals and families. I have also seen how limited the resources are for Spanish-speaking clients. These experiences have reinforced my passion for being a resource within my community and helping make therapy feel more accessible, culturally understanding, and welcoming.
