My approach is grounded in helping you better understand your patterns, emotions, and reactions with curiosity rather than judgment. I focus on building insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping skills so you can respond more intentionally to yourself and others in everyday life.

Together, we will slow things down and make sense of what you are feeling and experiencing. We will explore patterns, build communication skills, strengthen boundaries, and develop more supportive ways of relating to yourself and others.

Clients often describe me as steady, thoughtful, and easy to talk to, while also being direct and intentional when needed. I bring curiosity, consistency, and occasional gentle humor into our work.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, ADHD, neurodivergence, and identity- or LGBTQ+-related concerns, as well as those feeling overwhelmed or stuck in patterns.
