Leaving a career in software to pursue more aligned work, I began my journey into self-discovery and healing with training in yoga, meditation, and breathwork. However, it was in psychoanalysis I found the depth of exploration I had searched for. After the growth I experienced in this process of self-exploration, I felt called to facilitate it for others.

My clinical work is grounded in psychoanalysis and psychodynamic talk therapy. I completed a two-year fellowship in psychoanalytic theory and practice at Depth Counseling, where I continue to work with adults and teens both in-person and virtually. I earned my bachelor’s degree at Yale University and master's degree at the Institute for Clinical Social Work.
