I don't believe people need to be fixed. Meaningful change and healing is possible through helping you understand the parts of yourself that did their best given the circumstances and developed ways to survive for good reason. I see those parts of you that have been working really hard and understand that work sometimes comes at a cost to you.

slow things down, get curious together, and explore patterns that show up in your relationships, your work, and the way you talk to yourself. We'll get to know those parts that keep showing up. We'll deepen understanding of why they do what they do and build trust in your ability to lead. You might find that you have more choice than you thought.

warm, grounding, and authentic. I take seriously that you are the expert of your own life and validate your experience fully. Clients have shared that I feel safe to open up to and that our work together lightens the mental load they've been carrying. We move at a pace that feels right for you. There's no pressure to arrive anywhere on a set timeline.

Navigating my own loss and uncertainty drew me to this work. I wanted to offer others the kind of space I was given - one that many never had. I'm especially drawn to working with people who grew up having to be the steady one for everyone else. As a therapist, I hope to create the safe container for you to not have to hold it together.
