a warm, calming presence. Many of the folks I've worked with offer gratitude for my ability to create a space for them to process and make meaning of the patterns they feel stuck in. I can be direct when the moment calls for it, but I ground my work in knowing you are the expert of your own life and the protective parts of you often dictate our pacing.

learned early on that being needed was safer than being fully known. A lot of the folks I work with are high-achieving women, LGBTQIA+, and those that look like they have it all together on the outside but are exhausted from maintaining that mask. If you grew up as the reliable one, the peacekeeper, the one everyone else called first, I am here for you.

of the mentors that I have had in my life and my own personal experience in therapy navigating uncertainty and loss. Knowing what my clients experience being on the couch makes me a better therapist. For that reason, I am still committed to my own journey in therapy because I believe in being a therapist that walks the walk, not just talks the talk.

My road to my own solo practice included working in emergency services and community clinics. These experiences taught me that no one should have to wait for a crisis to ask for help. As a lifelong learner, I am committed to my own growth. I completed my certification as a clinical trauma professional in 2024 and I am pursuing IFS Level 2 in November 2026.
