I specialize in working with young adults, teens, and couples using Motivational Interviewing and Narrative therapy, with elements of CBT. My clients come to me seeking support with self-esteem, anxiety, communication challenges, infidelity, dating and discernment concerns, boundary setting, pre-marital counseling, and more.

We will explore the stories shaping your experiences and challenge those that no longer serve you. For individuals, we’ll work on reducing anxiety, building self-compassion, and creating healthier ways of relating to yourself & others. For couples, we’ll strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build trust through honesty, safety, & vulnerability.

I am calming, down-to-earth, and supportive. I bring warmth, curiosity, and authenticity into the therapy room, creating a space where you can be yourself. As a transracial adoptee, I understand the “in-between” of how you see yourself and how others see you. I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive space where you feel seen and valued.
