I value co-creating an authentic, secure therapeutic relationship with my clients as the vehicle for delving deeply into their inner worlds. I'm particularly passionate about supporting people who have experienced relational harm, whether from early childhood experiences or in present-day partnerships, where safety, stability, and support have been lacking.

Together, we'll balance learning practical coping skills for the present with understanding how past experiences shape your life today. We'll work toward emotion regulation, attunement with your body, self-compassion, self-insight, and healthier relationships.

My clients would describe me as calm, kind, and non-judgmental. Clients often tell me that they feel truly seen and heard from the start, not judged or analyzed. In sessions, I bring a listening ear, curiosity to guide deeper exploration, and practical tools/exploration to support emotion regulation and connection to your body.

I specialize in working with people who are looking for support around complex trauma, narcissistic abuse, religious trauma/spiritual abuse, family of origin issues, and other relationship concerns.

My path to becoming a therapist began with a fascination with neuroscience. That interest met human connection when I began answering calls for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Becoming a therapist was an opportunity to show up for people not just in crisis, but across the full arc of their healing and growth.

In my work with couples, I offer support with communication difficulties, emotional distance, trust concerns, cultural/familial differences, and partnerships with different neurotypes. I use a neurodivergent-affirming framework, incorporate EFT principles, and have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
