I provide compassionate counseling focused on life transitions, identity, relationships, and disordered eating. Using a body-based, trauma-informed approach with CBT, I integrate IFS and Gottman Method Level 1 to support individuals and couples. As a queer-affirming therapist-in-training, I create an inclusive, supportive space.

My approach helps clients build insight and take meaningful steps toward change. I value listening to the body’s wisdom and, when appropriate, using nature-based techniques. By creating a safe, supportive space, I encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences in a holistic way.
