When we drive we have blind spots. When we live we have blind spots. To improve awareness we will explore your inner world, feel it, think about it, give it words or images and be creative thinkers. We can use books, movies, dreams or music to help.

We change when something is emotionally important. We will explore what gets your attention and use that energy to your advantage. Self-Care can be challenging but we have to get it in there somehow. Alienation, anger, fear, hurt, guilt can haunt us.

I specialize in working with people who:

We will develop an active curiosity about what has shaped you as an individual. Ten people who hurt have ten different experiences. Distress usually brings us to therapy. Here, we will also identify and develop your strengths and aspirations.

My office is at a Medical Center that is safe, accessible and centrally located in a Chicago neighborhood. It has ample and inexpensive Valet Parking.
