I believe that people are shaped by relationships, culture, and the larger social systems they live within. In therapy, I gently invite curiosity about emotions, behaviors, and the inner world that often operates outside of awareness. Together, we explore the underlying meanings and patterns of symptoms and struggles.

As a warm, caring and professional therapist, my goal is to offer a steady, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, develop emotional flexibility and move toward a more integrated and authentic way of living.
