Rosemary(Ruoxin) Zhang

I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with over 13 years of clinical experience and more than 10000 hours of therapeutic work. My approaches allow me to work deeply and thoughtfully with both internal experiences and relational patterns. Through psychodynamic psychotherapy, we can rediscover a stronger sense of self and reconnect with our own authentic voice.

I believe that people are shaped by relationships, culture, and the larger social systems they live within. In therapy, I gently invite curiosity about emotions, behaviors, and the inner world that often operates outside of awareness. Together, we explore the underlying meanings and patterns of symptoms and struggles.

As a warm, caring and professional therapist, my goal is to offer a steady, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself, develop emotional flexibility and move toward a more integrated and authentic way of living. I believe that when people feel understood and safe enough to reflect, lasting change can be created.
