I lead with curiosity and care. Every session is an invitation — to slow down, to feel what is actually present, to discover something together. Change does not happen through any insight. It happens between us, in the room, in the moments where something real happens that wasn't possible before.

Build something that doesn't exist yet. I don't arrive with a template. I arrive with curiosity, and we work from there — following what emerges between us, staying with what's difficult, finding new language. The therapy we create will not be the therapy I'd create with anyone else. It belongs to us.

I would hope they'd describe me as inquisitive, collaborative, insightful, creative, playful, attuned, and compassionate.

I'm a former dramatic actor and find a lot in common in the study of a character with the study of a personality. I'm also lifelong reader and a lover of film - really, just a lover of stories. My work is all about around storytelling and how it harms and heals.

I am psychodynamic, but deeply integrative, and certainly not dogmatic. I read widely, think carefully, and prepare so that in session I can be free to notice what is actually here. I believe the self is not a destination — it is a practice. It is a commitment to ongoing development and allowing new aspects of ourself to emerge.
