I bring an embodied, creative approach to psychotherapy influenced by my experience as a movement analyst, dancer, and choreographer. I specialize in body-based coping tools. I love teaching how our bodies work to heal trauma and emotional wounds. I integrate creativity and movement into the healing process for self-expression and creative problem-solving.
