My approach is trauma informed, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that symptoms reflect adaptive survival responses. I integrate somatic work, IFS, ACT, and culturally responsive care to support healing at the level of the nervous system, emotions, and identity. I aim to create a space where your experiences are understood not pathologized.

Together we will slow down and make sense of your emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and relational dynamics. We will build practical tools for grounding and regulation while also exploring deeper roots of distress, including trauma, identity, and lived experience. The work will move at a pace that supports safety, choice, and self-trust.
