My best treatment approaches are a collage of multiple treatment modalities such as CBT/compassion focused/emotionally focused/ psychodynamic therapy/SFBT/ and strength-based, and for couple's therapy: Gottman theory, Imago method.

I clinical practice with Adults seeking individual and/or couple's therapy for short-term therapy. I have had clients from all different racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds.
