I would describe my therapy style as 100% client centered. I view each person as their own individual, and appreciate everyone’s ability to inform me about themselves, instead of me making any assumptions about them.

Something I always strive for is making every client feel like they are talking with someone who brings their authentic self, even as their therapist. Being genuine is something incredibly important to me, as I never want to come across otherwise.
