I help clients learn about appropriate boundaries, stopping people-pleasing tendencies, understanding and developing healthy interpersonal relationships, fixing procrastination at the root, and building emotional intelligence and resiliency.

I became a therapist because:

I don't just want to simply manage the symptoms of my clients, I want my clients to feel empowered to heal the root causes of their issues.
