By getting to the real roots of the problem, therapy can be meaningful and powerful.

We begin by tending to what feels most pressing—reducing symptoms like anxiety, low mood, or relational stress so you can feel more grounded. As therapy unfolds, we can explore your history to understand how your symptoms came to be and how you show up now, creating space for insight and meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in working with people who want to understand patterns shaped by early relationships and how they continue to influence the present. I specialize in psychodynamic therapy that emphasizes depth, curiosity, and emotional honesty. I have advanced psychoanalytic training, having completed a fellowship at the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis.

Therapy is my work, but on a personal level, I value the small, everyday moments that make us human. Noticing these moments is part of my approach in therapy and also how I move through life. Outside of work, I'm usually trying out a new recipe, diving into a novel, or connecting with family and friends. I’ll never turn down a long walk with a cup of coffee.
