We'll explore what you hope to gain from our work together. Though we will explore what makes you who you are, our focus will be building upon and using your strengths while gaining insight to help you achieve your goals.

My clients have shared that I quickly put them at ease, do not judge them, and care about their well-being and growth.

My therapeutic experience led me to specialize in assisting clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, identity exploration, education and career transitions, and issues specific to LGBTQIA+ clients.

At age 12, I became interested in psychology and becoming a therapist. As a child, my family said I was uniquely attuned to the feelings of others.

Therapy takes commitment from both the client and the therapist. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all therapeutic approach because we are unique. I do not tell clients what they need to do or what they want to hear – I use my training and skills.

Teletherapy is a blessing for those struggling with transportation issues, a lack of childcare, and severe health conditions.
