My clients have shared that I quickly put them at ease, do not judge them, and care about their well-being and growth.

My therapeutic experience led me to specialize in assisting clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, identity exploration, education and career transitions, and issues specific to LGBTQIA+ clients.

At age 12, I became interested in psychology and becoming a therapist. As a child, my family said I was uniquely attuned to the feelings of others.

Therapy takes commitment from both the client and the therapist. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all therapeutic approach because we are unique. I do not tell clients what they need to do or what they want to hear – I use my training and skills.
