My approach to goal setting is client-centered and cooperative. I am here to provide you with support and suggestions, but the goals are yours. My role is to do everything I can to help my clients reach the goals they have established.

My communication style is calm and open. I am here to listen to my clients, and provide them with nonjudgmental, straightforward, but gentle feedback.

I have worked with clients aged 16 and up, specializing in stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. As a certified trauma clinician, I also assist clients with unresolved non-complex trauma using mindfulness.

My desire was to continue working with people in need of support, at a more in-depth level. I have been facilitating therapy online for over 2 years.
