I enjoy working with parents who are struggling with the transition into parenthood.I'm a parent of two toddlers and I'm a survivor of postpartum depression, anxiety & OCD so I have lived experience. I'm certified perinatal mental health therapist (PMHC). I'm a volunteer support coordinator with Postpartum Support International.

I provide virtual (or walking therapy if in Hendricks County) and utilize Simple Practice for electronic paperwork. I will specialize in perinatal therapy and will give hierarchy to those who have perinatal needs. I only work with at most five clients/ day to be sure I have the emotional capacity for each person.
