Compassionate, thoughtful, patient and dedicated therapist. I opened my own practice 2 yrs ago and enjoy helping others with their goals in therapy.

Something to know about my approach is:

I am passionate about working with parents who are struggling with the transition into parenthood. I'm a survivor of postpartum depression & anxiety & wanted to give back after finding the support that I needed. I will work with you at your own pace.

work together to get you to a place of peace and feeling in control. I can help with boundaries, improved coping strategies and being mindful of thought processes. My motto is you are not alone, and you are not to blame. With help, you will be well.

I specialize in working with people who:

are feeling overwhelmed & anxious with a new baby; grieving the loss of a pregnancy or stillbirth; dealing with pregnancy after loss; or having difficulty with conceiving or infertility.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to give back and be the type of therapist I wish I had when I was younger. I love connecting with others & learning your story.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It’s in the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel comfortable & have the time! If nearby I offer walking therapy dependent on weather!

More about me and my practice:

I provide telehealth only (via Zoom) and utilize Simple Practice for intake and credit card processing. I only work with at mos five clients/ day to be sure I have the emotional energy for each person and for self-care and imp boundaries for myself.
