I have 10 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples in areas including bereavement support, grief and loss, crisis intervention services, substance abuse counseling, and managing stress, anxiety, and depression. I help couples and families overcome conflict, build communication, cohesion, and intimacy, set boundaries and create structure.

I like to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you feel safe and supported sharing your vulnerabilities. Creating change and growth requires work, and you are worth the effort!
