I have a psychodynamic and practical approach, where we'll explore how past experiences shape current feelings, behaviors, and relationships. I'll also give you tools you can use in your daily life to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. Together, we'll unwind limiting beliefs & patterns that are keeping you stuck, so you can find your way forward.

We'll collaborate and look at where you are, where you have been, and where you want to go. We'll look at the habitual patterns of thinking and being that may have become obstacles and blocks from you living your best life.

I became a therapist because I have a passion for helping others, and I know from my own experience, that having a safe, reflective space and support, can be healing and transformative.
