I am an eclectic therapist who uses CBT, DBT, couples, and Psychodynamic approaches often. I like to create an environment where I can utilize different theories and techniques to meet my clients where they are that day.

I enjoy collaborating with my clients to develop goals that are important and unique to them, realistic, reachable, and measurable.

I like to give my clients the reassurance that they are free and safe to discuss their symptoms, thoughts, and experiences when they are ready.

I often serve clients living with depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, Excoriation Disorder, addiction, unhelpful thinking styles, low self-esteem, codependency, poor boundary setting, PMDD, and trauma.

I like helping people manage their thoughts, feelings, and experiences so that they can achieve their goals personally and professionally.

I am an LCPC in the state of Illinois. I am also an LSW in the state of Ohio. I approach therapy with the intention of creating an egalitarian relationship in which we partner to achieve your mental health goals.
