Together, we will identify your goals and how to best support you in achieve them – whether it's identifying negative thought patterns or finding practical changes and that can make your life feel more manageable and fulfilling.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety and depression, the lasting effects of childhood trauma, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, anger, and a general sense of feeling stuck or unfulfilled in life. I also have a special niche for working with adults diagnosed with autism level 1 and providing support to parents with children with autism.

I became a therapist because I want to help people live a life that feels authentic to them.

During my free time, I enjoy taking nature walks, cooking, and airplane watching!
