Something to know about my approach is that safety comes first. I specialize in women’s mental health and provide trauma-informed, nonjudgmental care, with a strong focus on creating a space where you can show up as your full self. We’ll work together to understand your experiences, build insight, and develop tools that feel realistic and supportive.

Together, we’ll make sense of what you’ve been carrying, unpack patterns that no longer serve you, and build tools that actually fit your life. We’ll work at your pace to process trauma, navigate relationships and life transitions, and help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.

My clients describe me as genuine, easy to talk to, and yes, sometimes funny. They appreciate that I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can explore challenges, gain insight, and build coping skills, all while feeling supported (and occasionally laughing) along the way.

I specialize in women’s mental health, helping women navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity concerns, and major life transitions. I have a focus on working with first-generation women and those adjusting to new environments. I provide evidence-based, individualized care in a safe, supportive, and understanding space.

I became a therapist because I wanted more Hispanic representation in mental health and to make care accessible to underserved communities. I’m passionate about supporting clients with empathy, cultural understanding, and real care.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me walking, gaming, reading, listening to music, or catching up on anime (and TikTok, obviously). I’m part of a practice that champions diversity, affordable care, and welcomes clients from all walks of life because helping others is what we love!
