I have provided counseling services in the form of individual counseling, couple’s counseling, and group counseling. I use a solution focused, person centered, strength based approach to counseling.

be open to all forms of treatments for a better recovery experience. Treatment should be diverse since the client’s issues are diverse, so treatment is tailored to the client’s particular needs, as opposed to a one size fits all approach.
