Something to know about my approach is that therapy with me is practical, supportive, and collaborative. We focus on understanding patterns, building tools you can actually use, and creating changes that feel realistic for your life. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start.

Together we will slow things down, make sense of what’s been driving your anxiety or overwhelm, and find steadier ways to respond day to day. We’ll work at a pace that feels supportive, focusing on changes that help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. They often say they feel understood, supported, and not judged, and that our work feels practical and helpful rather than overwhelming or overly clinical.

I specialize in working with people who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck on the inside. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, overthinking, ADHD, perfectionism, control, eating concerns, or patterns that keep repeating despite their best efforts.

I became a therapist because I believe people already have strengths and insight, they just sometimes need support to access them. I wanted to help people understand themselves more deeply and find steadier, more compassionate ways to navigate stress, emotions, and life transitions.

I work with teens and adults and tailor therapy to your needs, pace, and level of support. My goal is to reduce distress and help you build skills that support lasting change, so life feels more manageable and aligned with what matters to you.
