I provide evidence-based treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors, including hair pulling and skin picking. Treatment is grounded in proven approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention and Habit Reversal Training and is carefully individualized to honor each client’s unique needs, lived experiences, and values.

Therapy is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, with a focus on creating a safe, collaborative space rooted in warmth, kindness, and deep understanding. . The goal is to empower clients to build resilience, reduce symptoms, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
