Are facing challenges such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, family dynamics, sexual assault, anger, and more. Alongside clinical training, I bring personal insight from growing up around addiction and mental illness. My own recovery journey has deepened my respect for how personal and challenging healing can be.

While working as an interpreter, I realized I was offering more emotional support than translation. That led me to pursue my Master’s in counseling. During my internship, I saw how easily people opened up to me and I loved being able to support them. The more I do this work, the more I know I’m where I belong.

Therapy with me happens online, so you can participate from wherever you feel most comfortable. We’ll take things one step at a time, and I’ll be right there with you as we figure out what’s next.
