My approach is relational, affirming, and focused on helping you realign with your values. Regardless of how society has conditioned us to feel about ourselves or our own life experiences they are important. You don’t have to perform here. You just have to be real.

Together we will explore patterns, identify root blocks, and build tools that actually feel usable in your day-to-day life. I integrate a lifestyle lens; meaning I consider how your emotional well-being is connected to your habits, roles, energy, and environment.

My clients describe me warm, collaborative, practical, comforting, fun, professional, integral, and honest.

I especially enjoy working with professionals in leadership, sports, and healthcare, as well as college and grad students juggling intense transitions. Many of my clients are outwardly successful but inwardly overwhelmed, navigating burnout, ADHD, breakup grief, or quiet identity shifts that don’t always have a name.

My prior roles allowed me to become effective at helping people make decisions about their future related to unplanned health events, accidents, changing roles, or starting something new while dealing with the anxiety, hopelessness, unfairness, and excitement that these situations bring. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life.

My background as a Certified Intrinsic Coach and Integrative Mental Health Professional (in progress), along with my health coaching experience, informs the way I help clients reconnect with their bodies, energy, and lifestyle patterns.
