In my opinion, deciding to seek therapy and opening yourself up to someone can be a vulnerable experience. It is my utmost priority to create a safe and secure space allowing individuals the trust that they can be open to sharing.

I work with my client to guide them and only utilize constructive helping skills when they need assistance when approaching an issue.

I create a calming and relaxing environment. I am very engaging and would like individuals to feel it is safe to open up without feelings of judgment.

My community of focus is young adults, adults, and seniors. I am comfortable treating symptoms of major depression, generalized anxiety, anger, DMDD, and domestic violence.

Working at the IDCFS has shaped and changed my life. It has motivated me into doing my very best to provide help to all in need.

As a therapist I value everyone; I have been in the clinical field for twenty-nine years. I am passionate and a good listener. My scope of practice is Individual therapy primarily with adults and seniors.
